Hey Lovely's Returns Policy

We want you to be truly happy with your purchase from Hey Lovely.

With the exception of clearance stock, you may return your item within 14 days of purchase to be exchanged for an alternative size or product of the same value.

Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

For us to be able to process an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. We will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or tags removed. If returning items the shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending returns.

For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email contact us at hello@heylovely.net.au with the nature of the problem. Faulty goods are eligible for a full refund and we will refund your return shipping costs.
